A super busy week for me with a lot going on in the old 9 to 5 job and being sick has not helped but as they say the show must go on.
It’s a busy week for me so today’s post is a short and sweet one with Easter themed comic book covers to get you in the mood for the Easter Holiday this weekend.
I really don’t know how the comic publishers think that people can keep up with the flood of comics that has been hitting the stores lately.
One of the things that I want to do with Tales From the Shelf is to spotlight both mainstream publishers and smaller publishers books to show the diversity of books that are out there.
Back to business after this weeks side track of the great April Fools Fiesta at Pop Culture Maven. There were some new books this week and some returning books.
Another huge week of books bombed the comic book shelves again this week and managed to squeeze in both new and returning champs into the mix.
Here is the first of hopefully many to come of reviews of graphic novels and collections that would make fine additions to your bookshelf.
The past couple of weeks have been brutal on the wallet at my comic shop with lots of good books and there were some new and returning books on the review hit list this week.
Sorry for the short post today. I was out-of-town over the weekend with family and didn’t have time to do a full post.
