The first of two Long Beach Comic Con’s, the Long Beach Comic Expo kicks off the convention season. The expo is becoming more like the regular fall show and less like a more intimate smaller convention that it started out as.

This years Hannibal SDCC panel was a very bittersweet one due to the recent cancellation of the show by NBC just three weeks into the airing of the third season.
SDCC was a big year for the Peanuts gang because they have a new animated feature film The Peanuts Movie coming out this November and 20th Century Fox used the movie tag line Dream Big literally at the convention.
In a perfect world I would have a super awesome post today but after 5 days of SDCC with panels, parties, concerts and much more kind of puts a monkey wrench in the whole theory.
