Thursday was a busy day for us. The fun started with our hotel room A/C not working so after waiting for them to fix it we ended up moving to another room. So that killed the morning panels for us. Sadly we couldn’t make the Disney panel with Frankenweenie and Wreck It Ralph. We did walk around the dealers room where we did score the limited edition Frankenweenie figure at the Funko booth. They are super busy this year. We also picked up some limited edition Adventure Time comic exclusive covers along with the very limited mini comic. The IDW Artist Edition panel announced many new projects. Legendary Comics Bob Schreck was on hand to show off new projects. The Digital Bits Producers panel talked about current and upcoming Blu-Ray titles and special features. Later that night I went to the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund mixer and ran into Shane and Chris Houghton of Reed Gunther fame. Many greats from the industry were on hand and seemed to be having a great time. We will back later to update stuff we did for Friday.
