In just 1 week San Diego California will be invaded by geeks and nerds and for five days the city will be overrun with superheroes, Hollywood, video games, toys and so much more.
One of the things that I love most about WonderCon in Anaheim is the fantastic artist alley that they have. This is the third year that WonderCon has been in Anaheim and each year it seems that there are more talent that the show draws.
One of the best panels of WonderCon was also one of the first. If you ever get a chance to go to a Sergio (Aragones) and Mark (Evanier) show at a convention, do yourself a favor and make time to go to this panel.
This is the 3rd year that Scott Dunbier has hosted the IDW Artist Editions panel at WonderCon. IDW President Gary Goldstein arrived later in the panel after Scott had announced the current and upcoming slate of titles.
One of the big events at conventions is cosplay and this year at WonderCon I saw a huge number of attendees dressed up for all three days.
So you are one of the chosen few who has a badge for San Diego Comic Con this year but you are in need of a hotel for the event.
There were some great panels that the Long Beach Comic Con Expo had at this last weekends show but one of the ones that was my favorite was the Mike Kunkel panel.
Over the weekend the Long Beach Comic Con Expo was in town and this was the biggest expo yet. Moving to the huge arena at the Long Beach convention center this marked the continuing expansion of the spring expo event.
