With this weeks new comics being a slightly smaller week than usual I will try to play catchup with some of last weeks releases that I was unable to get to.
New Comic Book Reviews Week Of 8/19/15
Secret Wars: Secret Love #1 Marvel Comics Writer/Artist Michel Fiffe, Writer/Artist Felipe Smith, Writer Jeremy Whitley, Artist Gurihiru, Writer Marguerite Bennett, Artist Kris Anka, Letterer Clayton Cowles Writer/Artist Katie Cook Most of the Secret Wars book have been very disappointing but there have been a few rare gems that have sneaked through and this week brings us Secret Love.
Sisters Book Review
Sisters Graphix/Scholastic Writer and Artist Raina Telgemeier, Colorist Braden Lamb One of the great things to do at SDCC is going to the Eisner Awards to see what some of the best comics and book that have been released in the last year.
New Comic Book Reviews Week Of 8/12/15
Eltingville Club #2 (Comic Book Of The Week) Dark Horse Comics Writer and Artist Evan Dorkin Well it took over a year to come out with the second issue (issue #1 came out in April 2014) and I must say that it was worth the wait.

Batgirl Annual #3 DC Comics Writers Cameron Stewart & Brenden Fletcher, Artists Bengal/David Lafuente/Ming Doyle/Mingjue Helen Chen, Colorists Bengal/Gabe Eltaeb/Ivan Plascencia/Mingjue Helen Chen, Letterer Steve Wands This book was not shipped to my local comic shop last week so I’m catching up with it this week.
New Comic Book Reviews Week Of 7/29/15
It’s a pretty light week of new book so there are a couple of catch-up books and my local comic shop did not get the Batgirl Annual this week so I will review it next week.
New Comic Book Reviews Week Of 7/22/15
Things are back on track this week and there are a lot of comics to get to. I am also going to have a special comic book of the week that will highlight a title that gets my highest recommendation.
New Comic Book Reviews Weeks Of 7/8 & 7/15
It’s been very difficult to get these reviews up on the site and I thank you for bearing with me. First there was SDCC where there was no chance that any reviews were going up that week and then last week I came down with the dreaded Con Crud that took me down for the count.
