Thankfully this was a lighter week of new releases and there were both good and bad this week and a couple of returning series, so let’s get to it!
frHopefully everyone had a good Thanksgiving holiday and today kicks off the Christmas shopping season with Black Friday. Make sure you stop by your local comic shop and most are offering special deals all weekend long.
It’s going to be short and sweet this week due to a hectic life schedule so here we go! Superman American Alien #1 DC Comics Writer Max Landis, Artist Nick Dragotta, Colorist Alex Guimaraes, Letterer John Workman This new mini series about the life of Superman is supposed to be seven short stories about different time periods in Superman’s life and the first issue takes place as a young boy and he is just discovering that he can fly but can’t control it.
There is a crazy amount of new books that hit the shelves this week so to get through as many as I can I will try to keep the reviews on the shorter side.
Well now that we are officially in the past (of Back to the Future timeline) this week brought a lot of new books and some returning champs to the mix in this weeks reviews.
After last weeks flood of new comic books this week was a bit lighter but still quite a few books to hit the shelves.
This was a smaller week than ususal so I will cover the comics from this week and a few that didn’t make it last week reviews.
John Flood #2 Boom! Studios Writer Justin Jordan, Artist Jorge Coelho, Colorist Tamra Bonvillain, Letterer Ed Dukeshire John Flood is turning into quite the intriguing book.
It seems as if both the comic world press and now the mainstream media has picked up on the sales and gloom and doom that supposedly a crisis at DC Comics.
